Not only is the warning there, but you can’t actually even click through to the page you’re looking for using the main link. That, too, takes you to a warning page, which infuriatingly, has no actual link to the page you’re looking for. Only a link going back to the search page you came from. The only way to get to the page you’re looking for is to use the URL parameter in the address bar which is the URL that you should have gone to in the first place.

Yup – found that out later on thanks Tom.

This is so stupid. It’s been driving my step daughter nuts for the past 3 hours whilst i was out. She was convinced she’d got a virus and was struggling to complete her graphics work. The warning page tells you to visit a safety page, and then a place to get help. Does this sound like a hack attack to anyone.

I dont think it’s a hack, just an error on Google’s infrastructure. But my first thoughts where my machine was affected by spyware, however twitter told me otherwise.
