If you haven’t been watching the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, I suggest you do so now. I sat in awe yesterday as pocket rocket powerhouse Chen Xiexia of China took the gold with ease.
Just how she flipped 18.4 stones of weight over her head with such simplicity was beyond me. I can’t even bench press the bar, but I’m told that’s due to my shoddy technique.
